CD Japan the place to go for all things Japanese Music DVD Games collectables Manga Anime etc I have been a customer since 2015-2016 and when my favourite Japanese Power Metal bands produce something new they are the place I order from I have received items from them in the US and overseas they deliver everywhere If it is Japanese it is here or if they don t have it ask and they can point you in the right direction

excellent company CD Japan is a company that is very sensitive to the needs of its customers They have done things for me that no one else has done anywhere I have shopped For example refund the total amount of two lost orders due to not having a tracking number many packages are lost in my country CD Japan offers excellent service price and quality It s my favorite place to shop in the whole world

You would make it your favorite store

I discovered this store last year at first I didn t believe the prices in my country allot of this stuff is overpriced and I asked myself where is the catch But there is no catch the prices are great and you can find a lot of items that youI wouldn t find elsewhere The items are carefully packaged and everything arrives in excellent condition They give you reward points with every purchase and also give out reward points to loyal customers The proxy shopping for sold out items worked out great for hard to find items

Very good service

I have been ordering from them for more than 10 years mainly Japanese Books Magazines and CD DVD BD average on 25 packages shipped to me in Italy every year A lot of stuff Happy about the overall experience Service is good and I m satisfied about Customer Service For sure there are area of improvements e g faster to reply but CDJapan is my main supply of those items from Japan and it is much better then some competitors that I have experience with

CDJapan offer a huge variety and selection of fude brushes at an honest prices I appreciate the free shipping offer at a capped 12000 purchases The shipping does take longer then Amazon however that s understandable since it is shipped from Japan And considering that it is I think it arrives in good time Their packaging is also superb I would continue to purchase my fude brushes from CDJapan as long as they continues to be an honest company selling at an honest prices

CDJapan is my go to service for japanese CD s and DVD s Excellent service and backup They also have a great proxy service to use should you find something elsewhere on another Japanese retail website that is not listed on their own site with minimum fees charged basic service fee a small handling fee and local postage fees I have been buying via CDJapan for years and will continue to use their service I Can t recommend them enough Glenn Australia

Will Always be My Go-to

My friend recommended this site to me some years ago and ever since then I haven t stopped using it I buy most of the CDs and some other merchandise I get there and it s the first website I check My packages always come safely and never really had a problem However I wish they didn t make restrictions 6 CDs and a figure because I would love to just keep track of just one order unless the release date is very separate from the products I decide to buy at once
