Pre booked through an agency but reception and explanation of costs well explained - the car was very clean and a pleasure to drive and we are very likley to use Centauro again if the hire charges are still competitive

Ok i would rate them 4 didn t have any issues in Barcelona I would suggest that people don t pay over booking com full coverage as they will loose that amount Just pay normal rate and then take full coverage at centauro office I payed full coverage over booking com but agent in Barcelona office said that if i want full coverage i have to pay 104 euro additional and that i can contact booking com for full coverage refund i knew that was not true and that i will never get that back but i wanted peace of mind holidays so i payed 104 euros i do understand them they are selling service Our flight was earlier than office opens but luckily if you pay Centauro full coverage at the office you can return the car sooner than their office opens otherwise you are in trouble Petrol fee of 109 euro deposit upon collecting a car was refunded in a week time All in all everything was ok

Great experience but need help
Hello great experience as always I am however still waiting for my fuel deposit to be refunded despite being told that everything was okay after just filling up the car at the petrol station next to your Valencian branch before drop off I was told that this should be in my account now so I am getting a little concerned I was also told I would receive an email which I haven t yet received Can you please confirm all is okay and my fuel deposit is on its way Thanks

Great Service as always I ve used Centauro more than 5 times now always a prompt courteous service and the vehicles supplied are normally low mileage excellent condition I only gave 4 stars this time as I was supplied a Skoda Octavia but could not change the system dashboard language from German

It was easy to book online and collect and hand in the car in the airport in Alicante The car was perfect Just the agent was too much pressing for buying another insurence that we did not wanted Subsequently information was perfect regarding inventory off the carhire

We had rented a car online from Centauro rent a car for 10 days through Discovercars We are satisfied with the good services of both Centauro company assistants Mr Nikola and Mr Yanis Thankful At the time of delivery the inside and outside of the car was not clean

Arrived to a nicer car than expected we did everything online before arriving so just picked up the keys and drove away - great east service Only fault was the car seat very uncomfortable

Disappointed but not yet given up
Having put my loyalty and trust in Centauro over a few years and have been a campaigner for full transparency in the hire market in Spain I was pleased to return to them after the covid yrs this July 2023 to find a premium service level as I am happy to pay a fair price for fair treatment However I am disappointed because when I used the app I had registered my details with for my next trip the price was more than when I used the web as a stranger I was expecting a loyalty discount by staying with the same company but got quoted more not good Centauro please sort this out
