Wonderful experience at Alicante

Everyone at the Alicante office were lovely patient and friendly There was a change of plan but I was treated fairly and would thoroughly recommend any and everyone to give Centauro a go Only shame is that Fiat 500 is all the rage I much prefer the Panda Muchas Gracias to Alicante staff

Great customer service and genuinely nice people

Thank you so much for my recent rental It was the 4th time renting from Centauro Thessaloniki and every single time they have delivered an excellent service The car was almost brand new great experience driving Fast pick up and check in of the car Dimitris was great helping me with questions Many thanks and definitely coming back when I need a rental car again

Fantastic service

We rented a car for three days The price was very reasonable and we went with the full coverage which was also not too expensive The service at both pickup and drop-off was fantastic They were helpful and clear and reassured us of exactly the limits of the full coverage which were essentially just not to fill up with the wrong fuel The car was clean and new and very helpfully came with snow chains which we didn t expect to need but did end up needing The service desk was helpful and kind in that situation as well We ve hired many cars in different countries and this has definitely been our best experience We will definitely be hiring with them again

We had an excellent experience

We had an excellent experience with Centauro through the Lisboa airport The staff was helpful and quick In fact it was one of the quickest rentals and returns we ve ever had Now We did get full coverage and that probably made the experience better

Car hire at Alicante airport

Really pleased - got offered a free upgrade too not used them before Very easy - had to pay for full tank on arrival but returned the same and got full refund - would definitely recommend

I have never been disappointed with service at Alicante centauro Everything has always gone to plan and my family have used centauro for 15 plus years and cannot find faults with booking process or pickup and return of vehicle Thanks again Mike Frawley

Simple contract terms with no push to sell additional expensive add-ons Friendly staff and cars are easy to access Well done we will not be using any other firm at Alicante airport again in the future

Always extremely professional quick and easy to deal with Quick to find in the airport and everything is dealt with within minutes 100 would continue to use them used them numerous times and would recommend them to anyone
