Since Cera started looking after my mom they have been amazing All carers are kind considerate and hard working Obviously we like certain carers and love it when they attend I have also found the office staff very helpful and caring

I m more than happy with the care I receive from the girls If I have any problems the girl s in the office sort them out for me I have a number of medical conditions and mental health They understand and are very pleasant and helpful I couldn t manage without the help I receive from these over worked angels

So happy with the care my Mom receives Nothing is to much trouble The carers are so kind and patient with Mom who has dementia It is usually the same carers that go into Mom which is really important with her having dementia and her knowing their faces I would highly recommend Cera Care

Excellent care and Service provided by Jessie who lived in with our aunt while we had a break She truly made her feel like a friend and helped out whilst helping her retain her independence Will definitely use this team again

I find all carers for my brother are going above and beyond at all times He is very stubborn and they are able at times to cajole him into following their request I can read carers reports everyday which is really useful

Doing well with Cera Care

I have been with this firm of carers for about 28 years which includes the years under different company names but generally with the same carers I can say that I never had issues with any of my regular Carers over the time they are with me Also- in virtually every case my carers have been cheerful and supportive and often help with additional things like the shops and other little jobs I am happy to recommend my Carers to anyone and they certainly help with my independence and life as a disabled customer I look forward to another 28 years with them

Regular carers have made such a positive impact on my parents lives I cant thank them enough First supporting one parent then following a fall both parents After losing Mum they provided emotional as well as physical support to Dad which was very important for someone with dementia who relied on them daily Over the past few years they have become like extended family As his needs increase we hope they will continue to be his main care team Teatime carers fluctuate more but they are helpful and friendly I have found that getting to know the carers has helped to ensure we are working together their opinions and experience has helped me to make decisions Office staff have also been very helpful with speeding up the contacts with social services I would recommend them but appreciate everyone has different experiences so get to know the carers for the best outcomes

Ceracare provide caring and personal support for both my elderly parents The team are always excellent and my parents look forward to their visits Any concerns are always flagged up promptly and communicated to me as necessary I really appreciate their support especially with my mother who can be challenging due to her Dementia I recommend them to any one needing support thank you
