Chamings lie

Chamings were employed to service and light a Rayburn cooker in a holiday cottage The engineer when he arrived was not properly equipped was arrogant and made excuses as to why he could not carry out the task He did not carry on his van a simple pump which would have enabled him to carry out the work The director of the company told me in writing that there would not be room in his van for it Bearing in mind a pump of this type would occupy a box about 300mm square I find that difficult to believe Instead of offering a solution to the issue the director made threats to sue my company again in writing She clearly needs to attend a customer care course There are plenty of other heating engineers around South Devon I would recommend giving Chamings a very wide berth
