Cannot Support Warranty Not Real Cisco Reseller

Purchased a number of the Cisco hardware Catalyst C9200L from Change Networks They supply it from China Within a few days two of the unit went faulty We raised a service request they said they are asking their technician to check and confirm But that never happened and they never bother to even answer the email Clearly they are not a Cisco reseller nor do they have anything to support the warranty Most likely they sell refurbished hardware A clear case of cheating and selling defective hardware
