I don t normally leave reviews for anything unless it s a bad review but I have to give these guys a good review I ended up creating 2 transactions swapping OP to LTC and realized the first transaction was more than I could trade I created a second transaction for the correct amount and ended up using the first transaction s address I chalked it up to a net loss and for the first time ever I had screwed up a balance transfer Nope They just corrected the amount automatically and I ended up getting my LTC in about 15-20 minutes Wow I was relieved Great work guys

ChangeNOW is a fantastic service and their support works hard to resolve any issues The issue I faced today was that I sent BUSD Binance from one wallet to be Exchanged for XRP in Coinbase I only sent 2 as a test and it got held up in the process because I didn t include an ID Tag in the MEMO Why didn t I include it Because the Coinbase ID Tag box said optional Even so I learned today that I should have included it That was NOT the fault of ChangNOW In fact they get 5 stars because if you follow their directions include the necessary ID Tag in the Memo and make sure the crypto amount your sending matches exactly what you re telling ChangeNOW is coming the Exchange will happen smoothly and quickly
