I have used this platform for almost a year for my exchanges and transactions Recently the service has been getting worse and worse This time my transaction took more than an hour last time took 50 minutes I sent USDC to receive ETH the ETH price was at 600 when I sent USDC and when the transaction completed after an hour the price of ETH raised to 612 I received less ETH and lost money because of your poor service This has happened numerous time Just last week that I needed to invest 3000 in my portfolio with Suns Invest ment I received only 2824 in my account because of the delays by the time the company got my money rate had gone down thereby making me lose some money I have never had such a bad experience as a customer in my life Change Now has consistently tried to screw me over by lowering the rate again and again and dragging on communication and processing until the rate was 30 less I have lost about 400 in total because of their tactics What an awful way to do business I can only highly encourage everyone to stay away from this scam company

Never Ever Do Business Through ChangeNow

I communicated hundreds of times I tried transferring money to my Binance account for the first time through this company The transfer to Binance was successful but since I did not add a Destination Tag Binance could not transfer it to my account so I initiated a refund process The refund to ChangeNow was successful but this company seized my money and is not returning it to me or Binance in any way I have been in contact with them hundreds of times for days They asked for screenshots and I sent them They asked for my account information and I sent it They asked for a video of logging into Binance and I sent it Each time they come up with a new request find an excuse and refuse to return my money It s like theft shame on them I will complain about you from everywhere Never do business through ChangeNow My response You want me to add details of transaction here I have already provided about 5 videos 10 screenshots 30 emails You can check with your team and try to help me at soonest Here is my email barbarostrisik gmail com dont hesitate to contact me WITH SOLUTION YOU ARE KEEPING MY MONEY IN YOUR ACCOUNT WHAT IS YOUR RESPONSE PLEASE SHARE DETAILS HERE

RIP Great Support - 50 Now required for refundsi

I ve made over 1500 exchanges with Changenow 5 or 6 times I made mistakes and they had great support and resolved all issues But I am done with CHangenow I was converting USDC poly and I sent the wrong type of USDC not the bridged version which they required NP i chatted with support they requested i send 0001 Matic for gas fees minimal So I did then I was told I needed to send 50 for Now Payments to process the refund exchange was less than 50 guess tey get to keep the funds now THeives
