wooooooow fantastic wish the fees were just a weeee bit cheaper but im not complaining on the ease of use of moving native bitcoin on my ledger and converting it to eth and having it drop straight in my metamask wallet this tech was unheard of 3 years ago bravo

Great tool to have in a pinch

Nexo recently shut out a number of customers due to legal reasons and ChangeNOW allowed me to get those tokens swapped easily for a fairly reasonable rate when most exchanges wouldn t swap it and or required KYC Great tool to have in a pinch which would work for a large number of currencies I m sure

ChangeNOW Trusted and Use Often

I have used ChangeNOW often Customer service is excellent great to use vs going through exchanges The conversion rate may be a bit more expensive but worth it vs dealing with exchanges at times waiting for deposit selling and then withdrawing I had a couple of issues in the past One was my mistake once an error on ChangeNOW In both cases the support team resolved the issue and communicates often Very impressive service

As a first time user I was surprised by the fast and simple way of working You choose which coin you want to exchange you choose the coin you want Then you enter the receiving address and then you send the coin to be exchanged to the given address and after about 1 minute you will have your coins in your wallet

multiple transactions to deposit NO NO

I wanted to convert XCH to ETH However my XCH wallet did not allow me to send all my XCH in one transaction so I made three transactions to the temporary ChanggeNow wallet Which was a big mistake on my part I opened chat support asked about this and the tech support person was sooooooo helpful Solved my problem and told me that I would either get the funds back or trhe ETH back An hour later it was the later THe experience was great
