12 hours x a change is too much I write 3 times and they told me always the same thing but the reason was different i don t think to use more changenow

I sent coins and was to get 880

I sent coins and was to get 880 then I waited 1 day and nothing happened I wrote to tech support and was told that the network is loaded and you just need to wait eventually after 3 days they just cancelled the exchange and recalculated it at the new exchange rate as a result I got 776 after 3 days of my exchange Tech support was polite but I think it was just an internal error of the exchanger that caused me to lose 100

This site has failed to detect deposit on me 3 of 10 times now This requires you to contact support and then wait 5-24 hours for them to clear it up If you are in a hurry to receive your funds go somewhere else EDIT My issue was not due to exchange speed It was due to your system failing to detect a transaction on the network The transaction was fully confirmed on the network but your page was stuck on Awaiting Deposit phase

Always worked fast and useful UPDATE UPDATE Using this website since long never registered actually but after I saw some comissions are really huge I created account and asked my old account history to add for cashback Customer support guy actually he threads like a bot and not going to resolve seems he in unhappy and bored to work there or just want to close the conversations he said since I m not registered while I did old transactions there is nothing to do Allright never going to use it that s it You can maybe earn 1M per year but you already lost 10k per year Remember this word when you guys shuts down

Normally I have no issues with ChangeNOW but it s going on 3 days since I initiated an exchange from BTC to XMR The transaction shows complete but the funds have still not come through I have been on constantly trying to get this resolved with no success Reply to the reply I will update when the funds come through please don t let me down

Useless Accepted an exchange of SPL to ERC-20 and after waiting hours did not complete Then requested a dust coverage for something that was the fault of their own doing Useless have no idea of the trade and had no interest in any apology or rectification of their own fault UPDATE Funds were not refunded within 12 hours as promised Spoke to another support agent who told me that I COULD have exchanged my token and that it would appear in my wallet 5 hours later Surprise - it did not I went back to support and got the same agent as first got Arnold who then told me that his colleague Tiffany was wrong and that it could take up to 2 days to receive my funds

After almost 48 hrs waiting for a simple swapping operation it finally finished successfully I tried to swap 31 DOT to usdt and the experience was terrible 20 hrs awaiting deposit and 20 hrs more confirming The support team responded to each email quickly and very politely but the exchange did not conclude I thought on more than one occasion that I had been scammed Fortunately I received the USDT at the current exchange rate which was not that different from the time I requested the operation 10 USDT less but I have to say that they gave me the option of returning my 31 DOT
