Received less coins than what the

Received less coins than what the exchange claims in the transaction history Not sure why but this did not happen the last time I used this service

Things are going OKAY

I have been using change now with success and aggravation System has been running better lately which I am happy for but at times things can slow down Sometimes things can take minutes to hours it all depends but luckily its been good but you do need to watch out txs 8773e6282bb2dfEdit -Company requests review of comment if no reply review is removed My review is honest it takes minutes to hours and i dont want to change it

I like the exchange and exchange rates

I like the exchange and exchange rates and responsiveness of customer support agents but their NOW token looks like it s dead no CEX exchange listing it yet and it s many years old I want to invest in this token but no exchange so far it s good because of low supply

UPD Took me leaving honest bad reviews everywhere for them to react but it has been settled now Guys all I wanted is for you to be considerate of people who entrusted you with their transactions But glad that you resolve it at least somehow I m updating the rating to 3-star one now Original I had a really poor experience with them just last week Not only the transaction took over 24 hours to complete but it also was done with loss on my end - and they didn t even care to check if I want it completed with THAT much of a delay and the resulting loss due to their delay But they also responded with some blah-blah on their main reviewer site saying at the end that they will correct it which of course they didn t

When I tried to scan the ark qr code

When I tried to scan the ark qr code using the arkvault wallet app the qr code could not be scanned and i had to input it manually I reported this to ark as well - not sure if its the vault app or a qr issue at your end

Difficult to recommend their service

Their customer support is very quick to respond to inquiries Unfortunately I discovered this because of a huge issue Attempted an exchange but it was a failure I was not notified of this failure I had to contact support who then made the discovery The time it took to recover tens of thousands of dollars worth of my crypto was in the 48-72 hour range It was a difficult and very scary process resulting in a net loss for me It would be nice to have an idea of the slippage percent before accepting an exchange offer

I wanted to share my recent experience with ChangeNOW a cryptocurrency exchange service which unfortunately left me dissatisfied and frustrated I initiated a token exchange SRM to SOL through ChangeNOW expecting a quick and efficient process However the exchange got stuck leading to a significant delay 12 hours During this time the token price dropped by 15 resulting in financial losses for me While ChangeNOW issued a refund I am disappointed that they did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience and financial impact caused by the delayed exchange Swift resolution and accountability are crucial in the world of cryptocurrency exchanges and it s disheartening when a service falls short of these expectations I hope my experience serves as a cautionary note for others considering ChangeNOW and I encourage the platform to reevaluate its policies and consider compensating users for significant disruptions to their financial transactions Anyway I want to acknowledge the support team at ChangeNOW for their quick and polite responses Their professionalism and dedication were evident throughout the resolution process

Nearly the best exchange to swap BNB

Nearly the best exchange to swap BNB for PLS Pulse but the sister company they use to on ramp FIAT to PLS Guardarian now has stopped all UK customers buying from FIAT to crypto on their exchange So now I still use ChaneNow but now have to use Metamask first to buy BNB then use Changenow to buy PLS Pain in the butt Hope they get this problem sorted soon

Good but very expensive

Good prompt service but I paid an exchange fee of 34 I m pretty confident that I ll be in profit in the long term but at these rates I don t think change now is a good fit for a frequent investor Hopefully the tokens I am interested in will soon be available to buy directly from one of the larger exchanges

I m glad it worked but i have two

I m glad it worked but i have two issues which is the time it takes to swap certain coins even those on the same blockchain network like TRX USDT then also the heavy charges i hope improvements are made to these
