I have ordered a smart watch from them and it was nice but it doesn t pairing with my phone so I turned them back when I asked to how to return it they send me the address and the order is not received yet by them I don t know why They don t send me even the label that I should sent the package with it and the refund will not happen until they receive the package I experience that with another company once I have shipped the package back to them they send my the refund immediately

I ordered 4 tyres from them 3 weeks ago I recive the tyres and one of them was deformed I signal them the issue right away sending pictures with the tyre and describing the issue and they don t seem to want to resolve the problem I get the same answear from two weeks now We are waiting feedback from the seller So you should think twice before ordering something from them

If I can give I give them minus STARS many times I book holidays with check 24 but every time there is a catch and it s always but they are advertising the Web description always falls and specially the hotels but their advertising special in Turkey and Egypt unacceptable their deal with the third party companies Such companies do not even know customer services I even try to complain and they promise that my complain will be replied within two months even after two months I had to chase them for a reply and at the end I got nothing they promised me that they will give me the compensation but at last I got a reply from the third party travel agent saying that everything was okay and everything was perfect from their side Nothing can be done I m so furious still a lot of people will be scamming with this check 24 website I strongly recommend everybody not to use this comparison website and booking holidays Please avoid the check 24 and don t be scamed

My wife ordered a car 24h before the date we wanted that car When we went to pick the car at the airport m Hamburg they didn t confirm our reservation to the Starcar So we didn t get any car but they got our money and still they didn t refund us its been a week now

Very very bad They have an error in the system and they make you pay for it I made a contract for a mobile that starts in the future And I clearly had an option in the app to enter this start date What happen they triggered the contract with the mobile provider and the start Datum was immediate Now I have to resolve their issues for them with the mobile provider In the app from check24 it says clearly that the start is in the future and I have proof for them and they tell me resolve it yourself with the mobile provider And now I have to pay on top of it for the upcoming months because of their error Completely unprofessional

Once you made a purchase through check24 they do not answering your e-mails containing questions according your offered services 2 emails for the last 6 months still no answer
