I have been trying to contact durchblicker to amend my contract and they will not respond They are quick to sign you up and slow to help with problems

I still don t understand they told me my bank details doesn t work and ask me to send them by email which is not secure no this kind of data I tried to log in my account to enter again my bank detail but I can t have access I m very disastified by thei customer service

I recently had a disappointing experience with Durchblicker After purchasing vehicle insurance through Durchblicker my documents were delivered to a local bank in my city unrelated to me despite my correct address being clearly stated in my application This error involved delivering my personal insurance documents to wrong address which is concerning When I reached out to the Insurance company they directed me back to Durchblicker However Durchblicker s response was to simply refer the issue back to the insurance company And an investigation runaround which led nowhere leaving me with unresolved issues and concerns Additionally an add-on product I selected for one year was incorrectly set to expire after four years in the contract I received When I noticed this mistake and contacted Durchblicker they promised to notify the insurance company and assured me an updated contract would be issued The responses from the Durchblicker team was always slow taking weeks to address concerns I am currently awaiting the corrected contract hoping it will be sent to the correct address this time The discrepancies in contract durations document delivery errors and delayed responses are simply unacceptable Guess only focusing on Ads these days

The service is good for price and comparissons within the market but the duration was very long with a lot of followup from our side to receive updates and honestly we will not anymore hope that we will receive an answer the contract conclusion was taking 5 months way too long for such service Most probably is not your fault but as long as you are the intermediary you should take care of this at least with offten communications towards your client Last point even if you have a phone number in 5 calls during your working hours nobody was answering in 10 min afterwards i closed
