Applied for a credit via check24 and it s been more than a week after submitting the documents no response from check24 I have been speaking to different customer service representative every day who promise to call back and resolve the issue but no call back and no follow ups I have around 7 contracts running via check24 but this is how they treat there loyal customers Very disappointed with the whole situation Update on 25 th April As per the request I have send them my email adrs now waiting for them to sort this issueUpdate on 25 th April Looks like they have gone into my check24 account and deleted all the current loan and the loan in question completely from my check24 customer portal I don t know how this helps Still no one have tried to contact me via email will check if I have got a call from them once I finish work and update

I had called to cancel my rental car unfortunately put on hold so I missed the 24 hour deadline by 4 minutes I was informed I would only need to pay the holding fee and the rest would be reimbursed In the end I ended up paying the whole sum and all of my mails were answered very late and informed me that I would not be reimbursed of any money Conclusion either they have incompetant people answering their phones or scammers After reading several reviews end conclusion is that they are scammers and totally customer unfriendly

Car Rental Apocalypse Concidering their massive promises and cherished costumer support the actual help we got through them in an emergency situation was pathetic One little mistake bank had changed our credit card to a debit card without us realising this and our whole much needed vacation went down the rabbit hole Just do yourself a favor and use one of the big car rental companys

In Milan Malpensa car hire we were refused the car we booked because we didn t agree have a credit card with the only option being a full insurance Having no options we accepted only to be told by the assistant that he had changed his mind and now just refused point blank to even accept the full insurance We were threatened shouted at and insulted The assistant did not wear a name badge He were threatened with sleeping rough in a car park We will escalate to a legal complaint but I would urge everyone to be extremely careful with this company It s more than unprofessional it will actually put you in danger
