Spent hours with my girlfriend searching thousands of deals for a dream trip next year Finally found something we both liked on check24 Booked on Rechnung and was so happy to be done with it Fast forward 5 days No invoice ever arrived My trip was cancelled by check24 after they decided to raise the price I was happy to pay the extra price but there was no option for this Then the trip was not re-bookable through the app or the website Customer service was rude and unhelpful Now the price on the site is over 2000 more expensive Total clickbait manoeuvrer Booked the flights and hotel separately with booking com - got a better flight saved over 10 hours total a better hotel and a rental car plus 4 more days in paradise I even saved over 1000 - - Update I am raising this from 1 to 3 stars because after speaking with team at Check24 there were some very nice conversations mutual understanding and a generous resolution While i lost a lot of valuable time and got some grey hairs customer satisfaction is clearly a priority for the company despite my initial experience

While I ve had mostly positive experiences with Check24 e g hiring of cars booking flights etc changing my health insurance through their platform was a journey filled with uncertainty and stress The entire process was disappointing to say the least The procedure lacked transparency and was chaotic with significant delays throughout The staff I interacted with seemed uninformed and in hindsight I believe I would have been better off handling the change independently To this day I remain unsure if the switch was completed correctly I haven t received any confirmation from either Check24 support or the new insurer leaving me in the dark Overall it was a terrible experience that has left me with more questions than answers
