The English speaking customer service

The English speaking customer service was good however the customer service agent wasn t fluent in English si the communication was difficult and doubtful coz I was not sure if he understood me correctly Also their information was not up to date as he would say I Think So I believe they should have accurate information to inform clients with the right updated information Thanks

Good interest rates and friendly advice

I was advised by a friendly mortgage advisor and always received good offers with regards to interest rates I think the service is good for people that know already what they want in terms of duration LTV ratio and repayment rate

Sometimes it s a bit overly

Sometimes it s a bit overly bureaucratic with this company and takes a while to reach the right person who can help you it got really convoluted and took too long when I tried to open a savings account for example But otherwise they ve generally been really good and provide pretty decent customer service

The worst support ever More than 10 useless calls to support Unresponsive unhelpful and slow to resolve the issue UPD The problem was only solved after I left this review which is unacceptable for a service like this
