The quote I got for a landcruiser is ridiculous where are you guys from Tried here before as well same almost double my previous quote get Real lads No more for me tks

Very difficult to deal with

Very difficult to deal with Last year I had to send numerous emails make several calls to get home policy documentation which took 3 months to receive This year they couldn t forward my renewal quote in time and I had to change company before cover lapsed Very poor service glad to have moved away from them

Very disappointed on three occasions my

Very disappointed on three occasions my insurance info has been sent to another family members email address On the first and second occasion I contacted Chill to make them aware gave them my email address and was assured that this wouldn t happen it On Monday the 30th Sept I contacted Chill to transfer my insurance onto my new car to discover once again that the email was incorrect I brought this to there attention gave my email address for the third time Waited for my confirmation email to discover today that it was sent to the wrong address again

Whats Up

Great sales pitch for one to join however Quotes I received were crazy compared to other quotes The site is a maze and needs to be cleaned up for use by a normal non techie The chat line is closed most of the time I can do the work Chill tell me they do in half an hour I am unsubscribing from this site

Mario the team leader in custsomer

Mario the team leader in custsomer service and his team here a rude nightmare to deal with and the whole experience felt like a scam They promised me a refund when i changed insurance to another company i then had to chace it where they hung up twice and when i finally got though today they said the are not refunding me as i had not been in touch not true and I had already got insurance though AXA who saved he about 600 and insured my wife who has an over seas licence they said she could not be insured also not true They also would not refund a service charge for 108 57 Avoids these scumbags at all costs dishonest people and horrible experience

Bad aftercare

Insured multi cars with chill constantly getting emails and text messages to upload documents every day Never ending then they send me email to upload documents or policies will be cancelled spoke to chill by phone about this Asked to speak to supervisor To be be told she was not available asked for complaints department she then replied I ll get them to call you Still waiting Do not go for car insurance with this shower of so and so s

Cancellation policy

We set up a van policy with chill insurance we then 2 days later cancelled the policy due to not buying the van We were charged 400 to set up a policy and then cancel a policy I would highly recommend not using chill insurance if you are debating buying a vehicle on a weekend and possibly needing to cancel the policy for any various reason You will be charged up to 800 just to cancel within the cooling off period Outrageous Edit I got through to jeanna from customer services and she managed to refund me more than half I really appreciate it as she was the 4th person I called from Chill

Avoid at all cost

Just the worst customer service I have ever seen I am amazed that they are still in business given the little they care about their customers avoid at all cost even if they are cheaper Not worth it

Absolutely brutal service wouldn t use them again terrible customer service Asking for this and that and they can t find them when you send them even after you send it 2 3 times But very helpful at all

Incredibly incompetent

Incredibly incompetentI won t use Chill ever again Over the last few months I had to call them on numerous occasions even prior to cancelling my policy and firstly their telephone lines are near impossible to get through on I have been kept on hold for ridiculous amounts of time After trying to get through on the phone and getting no where I also tried their automated chat service which had a waiting time of nearly two hours I hung on watching my turn get closer just to be told once it was my time that they couldn t help me through the chat and I had to call to speak directly with someone When it came to changing my insurance in recent weeks I received a cheaper quote from another insurer The policy was cancelled with Chill and I asked them to send me proof of my No Claims details as the new insurer was chasing me for them Chill told me I would receive them in 3 days and I was told I was due a refund that would be paid within 10 working days maximum I didn t receive either of them within their stated timeframes I phoned again and once I managed to get through was told I would definitely have the NC within another 3 days I asked for the lady s name incase i needed to chase it but she said that she would see to it personally and ensure it was done so she didn t give me her name A week passed after that call and still no Claims proof Yet again I had to call Chill was kept on hold for 20 minutes until I got to speak to someone This lady reassured me that I would receive an email within a day or two and also proof of No Claims would be sent to me via post to arrive no later than the end of the week She confirmed that she had my email address noted correctly but admitted nothing had been sent She told me that a note had been put on my file that someone was intending to contact me to ensure that I had received the document It s now the end of that week no email no postal version of document and no phone call I had to call yet again this is diabolical service Four times I ve been told by different people that I would receive the document within 3 days or less Nearly 20 days later I eventually got the No Claims proof via email only - never in the post As for the REFUND I was due It is now nearly a month since their email telling me I would get a refund and I HAVEN T RECEIVED it I have called twice and was told it was paid I advised them that it has NOT gone in to MY account account debited with first insurance premium upon renewal which is where I was told it would go to I asked them to advise me of the bank details that they say they paid my refund in to They have today sent me a very non-descript 7 word email with a so called Receipt of Refund that has no details whatsoever of my account It just includes my name and their own references and visa details Nothing of where the payment went in to I ve tried to ring again but can t get through and can t reply to the email as it is A no-reply email I will now have to go to a Consumer Rights organisation to take the matter further
