My first time using Chill Disappointed with a mix up in documents which caused my insurance to be cancelled unknown to me Thanks to Donough in Chill for sorting out the problem and lowering my stress levels Donough is definitely a credit to customer care

Where being cheaper leaves plenty left in the tank to carry the cost of living

Brilliant having the available quote well in advance of the renewal date Receiving a quote that was agreeable without a consultation in advance Secure online access to documents helps with the filing to my drive Downloadable copies of agreements is reassuring in case needed Would have given the extra star if I received an SMS that the policy was renewed with documents pending on completion of the transaction

Chill do OK for prices

Chill do OK for prices - why I m using them - but I do wish they knew I have two insurances with them maybe even give me a nice discount for being such a star They keep sending me suggestions to quote on quite ignoring the fact that I have these things already with them Bit more cross referencing would do well

We had an issue with our car policy which in fairness was a combination of mix ups and confusion between ourselves and Chill On speaking with Mark he very quickly got to the source of the problem and sorted things out much to my relief

Great support but you could be waiting a while for it

Review is solely based on the two recent interactions I had with their customer support sales team members Both were extremely professional and helpful In one instance a mistake I made caused an issue which they sorted out without any fuss Only reason it s four stars is due to a long wait on hold to speak an agent and also their chat functionality on the website doesn t work at all non-responsive when clicking on the button to initiate a chat session

Only reason its a 4 star is due to the very long wait to speak to a staff member I tried numerous times of the day on various days and I had to hang up on more than one occassion it was very frustrating and costly Unfortunatley I note the long wait time is a common thread through out the reviews I would like to compliment the staff they are always extremely frindly and helpful

Very confusing when asked to log in and provide details when I went to the website Received a text message but as with all recent texts I was a bit dubious about clicking on any links When I went to the website there was no clear navigation or indication where to sign in Love the service but user experience needs to be audited on the website
