Waiting more than 30 minutes for a phone to be answered is unreasonable Not letting us know how long the waiting times are is unacceptable

Won t Use Chill Ever Again

Chill sent me home insurance renewal documents that didn t open then they went ahead and automatically transferred me to a new more expensive policy with a new insurer having never received any input from me They also automatically renewed my finance arrangement with Close Brothers even though I didn t need finance this year I m still awaiting on my first direct debit payment to be returned to me despite assurances It is extremely hard to get help from Chill with all their no reply emails I d let them know if I were satisfied if they d let me reply This we hope you re satisfied lark is ridiculous when one cannot then follow up to their emails

Not very happy this morning

Not very happy this morning Had renewed my policy with chill which I have done for a number of years Submitted all documents as required and very promptly Next received a letter saying my policy was being cancelled due to forms not being submitted online portal states I had Contacted chill and they said issue was there end Policy wasn t cancelled thankfully Received updated payment schedule today after contacting as no monies had been taking via DD Was sent on payment schedule today after phone call and find I have a first instalment of 4 months to pay Which I find unacceptable This is through no fault of mine after I paid the initial set up fees deposit etc and submitted all documents as required without delay Policy wasn t cancelled thankfully renewed in July it s November tomorrow and still having issues Not good at all

Awful

Awful Keep getting cancellation messages for my insurance for not providing required documents but they have all the documents and even the link they send tells you there s no documents required Constantly asking for info they have Won t use again too much hassle Edit to reply no link has been sent

Nightmare experience

MATS05001 What a regret to go through this process with Chill I uploaded all documents several times only to be asked to upload once again and again and again The process has been painfully dragged for several weeks now Although there is no gap in my Insurance Policy I was asked to upload documents explaining the gap in my Policy Then although I have said several times that I had not received a link to complete the process with Close Brothers I keep getting emails to complete the process online Finally today I get a text that my policy is now in the cancellation stage Extremely extremely painful I wish I had not done this with Chill Things went wrong with my last Policy also so I will not be working with Chill again there are plenty competitors out there

It wasnt my first time having car insurance with Chill however this time I was extremely disappointed Poor communication from your end That was definitely last time when I was your customer

Such an incompetent company I wouldn t

Such an incompetent company I wouldn t even give them one star The amount of errors they have made Stay away from them and deal with your insurance company directly They don t answer their phones They made so many errors with my documents and you just can t get through to anyone Don t use them for your own sanity I can t reply to chill here so I will just say I was issued the wrong no claims bonus certificate after I spent hours trying to get through to someone in chill Also you can t get through to a manager directly when you call you have to email them and request to get to speak to a manager Just deal directly with your insurance company The irony is they reply on this feedback quicker than you can get them on the phone

Another bad experience

Another bad experience - unfortunately the previous good customer service I wrote about has been undone once again by pure incompetence from Chill I was told everything was sorted with my policy deposit paid a second time only to get an email a month later with a few hours notice regarding missing documentation Policy cancelled once again zero leeway to amend My home insurance is up for renewal with Chill currently too I will not do business with them again horrendous

I paid for my policy

I paid for my policy I didn t realise my wife s provisional licence was out of date now I m being asked to return the policy document which I can t send because there s no direct email to send that document back to them to remove my wife from the policy which is very frustrating and confusing And not very professional this is not helping me to rectify this issue customer service is terrible they can t help to give an email address for me to send tge documents required to fix the problem why is this simple little thing so complicated to understand and rectify My number 353 0831165440My policy number MY442439545My Quote Reference Number FXPDZF9Yes I need help this is seriously ridiculous

An absolute shambles of a company

An absolute shambles of a company Do not recommend this company at all Awful customer service Had a very bad experience with them regarding saying they sent correspondence and they didn t Was waiting on a DDM for nearly a month that I didn t receive until a few days before they were cancelling my policy I will be staying clear of them in the future
