Hannah saved the day
This is my second time renewing two policies with Chill I paid one policy in full no problems My other with a direct debit outsourced to Close Brothers finance This is when my issues started Between Chill giving my name to Close Brothers incorrectly not amending the issue until after multiple emails and phone calls to the point my policy was days from being cancelled setting up TWO direct debits for the SAME policy and then not accounting for my already paid deposit it is all a huge mess and headache to deal with I entrust this company to insure me and to drive safely on the road with my two children Thankfully one of their staff members Hannah did an amazing job sorting it all out for me She genuinely saved my opinion on the company hitting rock bottom A genuine star took almost an hour to get both policies all in order reassure me and keep me in the loop
