I am happy so far

I am happy so far With chill a good few years never made a claim The only thing was a bit dearer this time about 40 euro more I hear all the reasons but with no claims there should be some rewards with price not an increase If it goes up again next year I will have a rethink about checking elsewhere

I was on hold for 20 minutes before I got to speak to someone which I think is crazy that my credit is drained while I m waiting But once I got through to someone he was very helpful and polite he resolved my issue promptly

Jake was informative friendly and helpful My query was efficiently dealt with HOWEVER before I used this method I tried to respond by logging in to the mychill URL - but got caught in a we ll send you a verification link loop - very unclear messages and verification coming in by text and mail Also tried to ring but was left listening to mood music for too long

Saves time and money

This was renewal business It was quite effortless although the documentation could be much better The risk assessment could be much improved by improved questionnaire but the same is true for many companies I have used Always ask for full documentation and policy to ensure that you know who the insurer actually is and what their cover programme is called and check that it matches your requirements e g house plus contents what type of contents what risks

Trying to request a document after waiting awhile on hold I was contacted again the same day and my issues were sorted as well Gavin was very helpful and understanding Other than the long wait time on hold they were very helpful once they get through to you or you get through to them

As a first-time learner driver looking

As a first-time learner driver looking for car insurance chill ie was the most affordable and decent place out of all the competitors in the market They gave me a decent quote but the deposit figure was really high The sign-up process with Close Brothers was a bit frustrating The customer service is excellent however I am disappointed about the hold times which can be around 40 mins
