I recently had an exceptional experience with Chill Insurance thanks to their sales associate Robert I was in a bit of a tricky situation with an open claim and Robert went above and beyond to help me sort everything out and find the right insurance solution His professionalism patience and knowledge really stood out making the whole process smooth and stress-free I truly felt supported every step of the way It s not often you come across such dedicated service Highly recommend Chill Insurance and a special shoutout to Robert for his outstanding assistance

Adam is a top employee

I rang to get a letter stating my daughter is a named driver on my policy of mine as hers was going to be cancelled today as she had not produced enough documentation I explained my situation to Adam and he said it could take a few days to come from the insurance company He rang instead of e-mailing and saved the day I had my letter in 30 mins All I can say is above and beyond the call of duty Thank you very much Adam

This is what customer service should be

Robert has been absolutely fantastic I cannot thank him enough I ve been in out of EU meant I have no consistent record of Irish insurance history and many company I called didn t have patience to listen to me Robert was patient friendly and very helpful to understand my situation and guided me to a reasonable quote which I was happy to take it If you are having trouble getting quotes because standard online question doesn t cover you I highly recommend to connect to Robert you won t be disappointed
