Shreekar Mankame was absolutely phenomenal Needed urgent help with a query and not only was he polite helpful and willing to assist he got our issue resolved and called back to confirm Call came after 5 30pm which on a Friday afternoon is a rarity in financial insurance institutions All in all a phenomenal agent and a credit to his team Would call and ask him personally if needed assistance again
