This is my third home warranty company
This is my third home warranty company in the seven years that I ve owned my current home and I wish I had STARTED with Choice Home The premiums are really reasonable and the service co-payment is lower than some but for me it is more crucial that the response time for service requests is SO MUCH FASTER than the other major warranty companies I ve been happy with the service providers as well they re great local businesses that show up quickly

Hi there This is Gwendolyn Landrum I sent you a very positive review just yesterday and matter of fact twice yesterday and neither times you all received my reviews so that is quite puzzling to me So I am sending it for the third time and lets see what will happen this particular time First I am very happy that you decided to replace my washer You can t even imagine how happy I was when I read that letter stating that you will be replacing it for the full amount I just wanted to let you know how grateful I am I have been with Choice Home Warranty for many years now and they really didn t have to service my appliances but for only a few times and each time I was very very please with the end results Each of your repairmen was very kind respectful knowledgeable and very capable for handling the task at hand Choice would send the right person for the job at my home with the right skill set to the job and to do it well and with that type of skill set the time it took him to do the repairs was very minimum and this is why I have been a customer with Choice Home Warranty for so long 1

FANTASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE As a real estate broker I tried to place an order for a real estate transaction online and did something terribly wrong Attempted to correct online but wasn t able to I received a callback from a very knowledgeable and professional representative who took the time to listen and address my concerns This representative understood my needs and took every step to ensure proper service Awesome experience and I hung up the phone feeling really good AND promptly received emails detailing everything that was needed to be cancelled and the correct order
