A very prompt response today from an online request Excellent customer service from Rosanna who was very knowledgeable and extremely patient with me whilst I needed information and also to clarify the details of cover available It was so good to chat with a friendly adviser who obviously is very efficient and conscientious Thank you for all your help

The operative was very officiant and helpful and sorted my problem and I have an Engineer coming on Thursday He filled in the form for me which for a 82 year old is a big thank u

Eventually got through to register claim for our damaged hob So far p good Useless after that No engineer poor response and poor payout We ve cancelled our policy
