Setlists suddenly gone

Recently I experienced an issue with Choridy in that all my setlists had disappeared I was quite dissappoint as I had quite a few songs saved and didnt recall all of them and I would now have to remember what they were and look them all up again Upon checking the andriod app they were still there so it was just the web browser version where they were missing I submitted a request to restore my setlists on the browser I was super impressed at the attention this recieved and how quickly the problem was resolved Big thanks to the tech support team for the quick resolve on this

Chordify is the easiest to learn on I have been on it for a few months and I have about 20 songs I can jam with Not bad for a newbie novice beginnerI would recommend Chordify to anyone with a desire to learn and practice without hesitation jg

Membership renewal

When I download the Chordify app for a trial I didn t noticed that there was an automatic membership renewal on December 28 2023 When I looked at my credit card summary I noticed a charge on it from Chordify so I sent a message to them that the money has been taken on my Credit card without my authorization and 2 days later Henry the assigned agent contacted me via email to tell me that it was in their policy to have an automatic annual or monthly renewal but he also told me that he credited the same amount back on my credit card and voided my membership I was pleasantly surprised by the gesture Thank you

I have membership with Chordify and wanted to buy a year membership as a surprise gift for a friend of mine So I contacted Chordify to see if it was possible Within minutes I received a reply from Henry telling me that they did in fact do vouchers Fantastic Made a bank transfer and they sent me the voucher code with 2 simple steps for my friend to access his membership Fast professional friendly Who knew they did vouchers Great gift

Love the Chordify app and their customer support is wonderful They respond quickly and are very helpful in solving your issue I highly recommend this app to anyone wanting to learn new songs or just play along when you want to feel like you are not playing alone

Lots of nice features

Measures are clearly defined Chords are logical and reasonable Chords for songs are quick to load I haven t found a song I wanted to play that wasn t already available in chordify I uploaded a 20-minute song chordify already had access to it but I wanted to test chordify s capabilities and chordify determined the chords to play I look forward to more lyrics being provided that ll be really nice The chordify algorithm displays how far songs are off-key how far from the 440 Hz standard

With Chordify I can slow down guitar solos and not only can I learn the notes but also the nuances Listening to my guitar guru Mark Knoplfer I m amazed at hearing some of the subtle things he does that makes his style unmistakable
