I have used Chordify for perhaps three years

I have used Chordify for perhaps three years At first the free edition for a while then I found for my purposes I needed it more often per day so I went the Premium version Love it It is my go-to for chord progressions I have not needed tech support for Chordify itself but in email communication for other purposes I have found them not only cordial but honest as well - a great combination

Support team superb service

I have been subscribed to Chordify for over a year now I find it very useful Recently some users and I had a problem while mobile devices continued to function normally desktops would fail to load tunes I sent a support request and within 24 hours the situation was resolved The helpdesk let us know when everything was back to normal Although I admit I was already using it at that point having tried it earlier in the day Great service from the support team

Transpose not working

Well I did have an issue with being unable to transpose chords but thanks to customer service it was sorted Thank you Yeonjoo

Good source with many helpful features

Chordify quickly responded to the cancellation of my auto bill for their service COVID killed our guitar group and the need for new songs in our setlist We will use Chordify in the future should we return to playing as a group We do recommend this service unless you are looking for bluegrass and old-timey songs Not much in these categories
