Good support Interesting concept of the moving beats on screen much better this way rather than other sites where you have to know when the lyric is coming in order to know when to change the chord -- Wow I ve been charged a lot more than I intended--Be very careful with your subscription - I m trying to cancel it now but it says my password has changed and when I try to reset the password it says it s sent me an email with a link but that HASN T arrived And there s no phone number to reach a human My opinion of chordify is changing Maybe their zendesk will get back to me but I never got a password reset link email - not even in my spam folder

I purchased cordify thinking I would get chords as well as song lyrics and the tools to transpose chords The app Provides chords for songs as well as other tools for improving your skills When I purchased the program I was suprised to find the lyrics to the songs were not provided I advised Chordify that the app was not what I was looking for and requested my money back My money was refunded with no hassles I was very impressed with the service

I wondered why I didn t receive an email saying that the subscription was about to renew Well there is a little check box hidden away in your account that you must manually check to receive these emails Pretty low move They did refund my automatically renewed subscription however The ipad app is crap I used safari most of the time

I need lyrics and chords scrolling down freely while I play guitar and sing

In my opinion Chordify is a great and fun tool if you are an amateur or a hobbyist Not so much if you are a professional Simple songs usually don t pose a problem but if the tune is more complex the algorithms don t do a good job There were countless inaccuracies of the key and or chords which was too frustrating for me If you buy the Premium Membership and are not happy you have 15 days to notify Chordify that you would like to cancel for a refund Their customer service was very slow is responding however when theydid the e-mail from Yeonjoo was courteous professional and friendly And she did resolve my issue which I very much appreciated I suggest being on the lookout for their periodic 50 off membership deals That would probably be worth it to you if you just want to have some fun

I really like this site but what has happened is my credit card needs to be updated and I can t the site won t let me I have sent 2 messages but no response yet Can someone please answer so I don t lose my set list please Thank you

As others have have commented they make charges without any prior notice at changed prices and then no response from customer service Update Charges were eventually reversed with a response but through a dispute process but giving the benefit of the doubt delays caused by busy season

Liked that I received a prompt response Don t like the changes to your product 3 negative changes from your previously awesome app 1- Annoying window pops up interrupting my focus asking to replay or move on it sucks and requires removing my fingerpicks to continue can t turn it off 2- Another annoying window pops up with a stupid smiley sad neutral cartoon face it sucks and requires removing my fingerpicks to continue can t turn it off 3- Another annoying new feature lyrics it completely blocks out all the chords and pops up 50 of the time Why This isn t a sing along app It used to be fun superior for chords timing and ear training Again this feature sucks and requires removing my fingerpicks for every single song Why not leave an excellent app alone Used to recommend the app but am disliking it more with every bloated so-called improvement Keep it simple or at least enable preference saving please

I want to congratulate Chordify on their impeccable customer service and the service they offer to musicians and those interested in learning a musical instrument I would give them 5 stars but to the lack of customers for years requesting violin to be added to the service which is still not an option I give them 4 5 stars
