I have been trying to login for a month now I have reached out to Chodify support 5 to 7 different times and each time I get a reply that they have received my request and that they want to help me yet nothing has helped me login why is that The only other message that I receive is them asking if this other email is my email and it s not My login email is the same email that you re replying to me to Once this issue is rectified I will eliminate these reviews but until then this is my only hope that you ll actually respond to me and help me log into my renewed premium subscription that I purchased a month ago I am not a difficult person and I am trying to be extremely patient but your system is flawed and you really need to look at improving your tech-support because it is not working well And I wouldn t even be bothering with all of this garbage except that the app is so wonderful so please help me get logged back on

Midi files are useless no detailed chord progressions melody parts to learn from and they don t even correspond to the tracks timelines Very poor if your wanting to learn music theory for electronic music production

Signed up for 14 day trial period and cancelled within two hours - no lyrics offered and chord layout didn t suit me Have since had to be emailing them for a refund now inacted they say but NOT in my Visa account As far as I m concerned they should NOT have debited my account during a trial period If you are also going to trial keep this in mind

I thought the mater was solved but trying all day and night and absolutely not resolved all I wanted was my Chordify free that I had wanted no other services just the cords and the songs just the way they are But before I accidentally hit the delete button everything thing was just fine I loved what I had it was just fantastic and all I ask is for that back I m lost without it can something be done It seems I m going in circles and it says Chordify has a free service but that seems like false advertisement now

Been trying all day to solve my problems I had free Chordify I hit the delete button by accident and lost everything and I can t get anyone to help me it keeps coming up with premium that I don t want I don t want any features I just want the cords along wit the songs and they don t get back to me I just end up stuck with no one to help me very disappointed

Customer support is the worst The worst that I have EVER experienced with an app I love using the app but I have tried for two weeks to get back logged on after losing my password and NOTHING IS WORKING They have no phone number to help only sending me links to the same broken system EVERY-TIME I try to get help Their response time is absolutely ridiculously slow I have never left a bad review before this is just how SUPER frustrated that I am

SCAM DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR PAYMENT DETAILS My subscription renewed recently I d assumed it wouldn t as it didn t show up on the Google Play subscription page I ve emailed support asking why it doesn t show on the subscription page and how I can unsubscribe I got no response Chordify now has money for an app I don t use and I presume they re going to continue taking my money

Don t use these people they re scammers They claim I didn t cancel my account when I know I did they ve been charging me secretly I didn t even know about it I called them out and I told them I want my money back and they literally lie and say I did not cancel my account but then give me a refund only for January If I did not cancel my account then why are you giving me a refund and only for January could it be because you know you re liars I even sent them proof that they literally scammed me It literally says in data I downloaded from their site which they allow you to do account canceled then it says null Which literally means that I canceled the account then it says reason why canceled null Which means I did not give an answer I did not feel like giving an answer If I didn t cancel my account it would have said false next to it but it doesn t I would show the date on here but it has my name and other stuff in it and I m not trying to dox some myself be very careful and wise when you re signing up for things because I had to learn the hard way These people chordify They are scammers If you cancel your account they will resubscribe you and put your card back and then start making you have to pay for their service again Do not trust these people scammers they are scammers

Now for some reason I can t pull up some of the songs that I want to play The screen keeps reading video unavailable
