My husband and I have about 70K of credit card charges that we no longer could afford the minimum payments They were helpful thoughtful and followed up with all the questions to get us enrolled in CCC We are saving about 1 100 mo in payments because we are taking our finances seriously to get back on track As Christians we are have swallowed our pride and are accepting the sacrifices moving forward to be stewards of our resources going forward

i cancel 2 days in advance the withdrawal and you still did it the amount is greater than what i owed to my macy s account i even talked to someone what are you doing with the extra money you took from my account

This company is the worst option

This company is the worst option they charge 30 dollars a month never give you a straight answer and are very dishonest on the front end They told me to close all my credit cards and my credit score went from 800 to 550 My advice is don t use them but if you make the same mistake I did make sure you read everything and not think just because they use the word Christian in there name they are being up front with you I was told I would have a four year program when I signed up but it s almost 6 years in reality at least that s the last number I got don t do it find another way

I don t believe this account was

I don t believe this account was handled properly I still get late notices via email from time to time from the Capitol credit card company I haven t had one lately but my payment date has changed If I get any more late notices I will contact you

LOOKING FORWARD TO MY FUTURE

I was immediately connected to a super on-the-ball counselor who was straightforward always present and did not pander to me I felt very scared to begin this process but I trusted these people of God and went with my faith I now feel I am in very good hands and excited about my future

I was very disappointed with how I was

I was very disappointed with how I was treated and how my account was handled I had to do the leg work and get you a number to call because you said my credit card company denied your request but they never got your request I had to make the calls to find that out andthen call you with the information and go though the stress it caused it all worked out in the end thanks to my due diligence

Disappointed with the service

I was really happy that I found your company in the beginning As time as passed I m not as happy as I once was I am very glad that my debt is being paid down But the service I ve received the last year or so has been less than stellar I was scammed by some people and ended up with some additional credit card debt When I reached out to my contact about trying to work with the credit card companies to work out a payment plan I was told to contact the companies myself I did that and got no where I reached out again and was told that your company couldn t help me When I sent my last quarterly statements it came back and said she was out on extended leave No further information I got an email a month or so ago from a new person When I tried to send the statements to her they bounced back to me and said they couldn t be delivered I don t know what s going on there but somebody needs to get it figured out I wouldn t recommend you to anyone at this point Followup - I didn t expect CCC to contact the authorities Obviously that is my job which I did What I wanted was someone to help me manage the debt that I now carry because of the scammer I needed help setting up reasonable payments to pay it back But I couldn t get any help with that And I went back and looked at the email that I received from Lindsey She spelled her email address wrong which is why it kept coming back

We felt that communication and keeping

We felt that communication and keeping us up to date was minimal at best and trying to pay a creditors off early was a ridiculous process through them
