Christian Credit Counselors has been

Christian Credit Counselors has been great The only disappointment that I have is that i was in the beginning I was told by the enrollment counselor that I would be contacted by my counselor which never happened She only sent a couple of emails requesting statements and that has been it Then she retired and I heard it from a web wide announcement I never even knew who my new counselor was until a couple of weeks ago I called to ask about my ending date and if I needed to do anything At that time a female talked to me and gave me this song and dance about it is a big operation and no one has to contact me at all and my counselors name was John Anyway they did do a good job for me as far as paying my bills which is what i hired them for

It takes time to understand and learn how this works Communication was a bit difficult at first but overall had a good experience We appreciate the opportunity this program gave us to get our finances together Thank you

I am really thankful that they were

I am really thankful that they were there to help me get my credit cards paid off I just feel they should keep in touch with you on a more regular basis of your balance and what has been paid off But otherwise a very helpful group

Thankful for Your Help

It was a blessing when I enrolled in your program While I was in the middle income bracket I was in debt and found losing sleep over how I was going to find a way out of making minimum payments on 5 credit cards which were maxed out I wrestled to go through with the debit consolidation program but I finally did it And I m so blessed because I was obedient to do it God did not want me to be in bondage to my debts I am now debt-free except for my mortgage I thank God for your help

An Invaluable Resource

CCC was a real life saver for me Took something that seemed like an insurmountable problem and helped me achieve my goal of paying down the debt in just a few short years My only constructive feedback is that I wish it was a little easier to contact them and view a breakdown of what has been paid what is still outstanding etc as the information can sometimes be a little hard to navigate Definitely would recommend though and overall has been an incredibly positive experience

CCC

We appreciate the fact that CCC could work with our creditor however taking a monthly fee from each account when everything is done electronically is a bit much If we ever find ourselves in this type of situation again we will likely work with the creditor directly CCC services are better suited to people who have multiple debts that need to be addressed

They worked with creditors and helped

They worked with creditors and helped me then I was able to pay off all debt No issues with creditors I paid extra payments and as accounts were paid off I snowballed that amount to next debt There is a fee you receive quarterly statements If you follow as directed it works I am grateful and thankful When I did this I was also ready to be out of debt I feel better and less stress

Straight Debt Consolidation Only

Christian Credit Counselors offers only debt consolidation and nothing more The company does not have any loans or anything It is just straight debt consolidation with creditors The only thing is you need to stay on top of your monthly payments and updating CCC quarterly with the status of your credit cards to make sure that you are not using credit cards again
