Hard to get information right away have

Hard to get information right away have to email to contact Also I pay 50 00 a month service fee which seems very high Considering early pay off to save myself monthly fees

Things were okay I felt like they just wanted there fee I think they could have made better deals with the credit card company But I did pay off my debt and no longer need to use this service

Signed up for a payment plan with them for my credit cards Was charged late fees by multiple cards they got the fees reversed Then again charged late fees by cards again now I ll have to try and get those reversed again

I believe a personal call would greatly

I believe a personal call would greatly improve CCC customer service Customers have busy lives with work family and other commitments that it is hard to stay on top of everything A phone call to review my accounts and apply COVID-19 benefits could ve helped me pay my accounts during COVID however no review was done on my account and therefore I missed savings It is easy to communicate with CCC staff and they re very helpful but communication is customer-initiated

Accurate and right assessment of my monthly payment due to Best Buy

As per my last conversation with a counselor CCC my payment made every month in the amount of 27 00 to my Best Buy account is actually insufficient for their minimum monthly standards Best Buy in fact wants 29 00 per month in total sent monthly and this amount will satisfy the proper payment to my Best Buy account I need the right help from a counselor to fix this issue for me I would propose an ACH debit of 188 00 on the twentieth of the month instead of the current 186 00 that I pay now That of course would just be two dollars extra Could I arrange that

I appreciate the help that the counselors and the intervention on a whole have given I had hoped that there would be some sort of follow up for questions and verbal feedback however

Helpful people Clear presentation of interest rates and monthly payments Maybe they could have sent short articles helping those in the program get out of debt sooner and stay out of debt
