During my time with CCC if I ever had questions or concerns an educated and efficient representative would help and answer anything I needed Customer service was without error and quick to assist If I needed to adjust anything it was addressed and completed Communication was also without error and thorough like all aspects of the program CCC would be my first choice if I m ever in need again

I found Christian Credit Counselors in a hard season Life was overwhelmeing and I was getting behind on my monthly credit card payments I was feeling bullied by the credit card company which didn t help with already challenging life circumstances CCC stepped in and handled all interactions with the credit card company for me which was a huge relief It was easy and I felt respected throughout the process I m now credit card debt and credit card free I would recommended to anyone who needs extra support in this area Highly recommend

Seriously a great company that works with you to get debt relief Kind and patient in answering any questions you have You receive an email every month to keep you up to date with payments and balances I would use no one else and I m so thankful to have completed this process
