Good service

Chrono24 is a good portal but they can annoy you by asking you again and again if you bought a watch even though they conducted the complete transaction If you ask a question about a watch the same thing happens You get spammed to death asking if you bought the watch even if the watch was not sold Those are the only things that really bother me

I waited for the watch delivery 3 times longer

A useful marketplace As a buyer I ve reduced a star because it is not as immediate as a usual online purchase Chrono24 only acts as an intermediary between buyer and seller It registers your interest with the seller and you pay only when the seller confirms that the item is available So plan for a few days of delay before items can ship out

Overpayment due to currency exchange rates

Very good and secure service with the chrono24 escrow account It is a almost perfect platform to find best prices on new watches and find used or rare timepieces My personal opinion is that the chrono24 system get s very bad reputation with dealers that give deliberately wrong information or simply lie on the stock status and delivery time Due to this issue a strict verification on provided datas by dealers should be performed

I waited for the watch delivery 3 times more than the original delivery date Apart from this issue everything went smooth and according to my expectations Next time when the watch dealer does not have the watch in stock I would recommend checking with the dealer and expect an extended delivery time If you do not want to wait buy it through a local dealer

Good experience payment can be better

Give the ability to choose between currencies either in the original dealer currency or in the local customer one The exchange rates given for the customer currency forces people to overpay when they may get a much better exchange rate from their credit card if the purchase is made in the original dealer currency A choice would be better than one option based on country of residence

Watch was in very good condition

Almost everything was good Only problem was On the day i meet with the guy i wsnted to buy the watch from the chrono24 chat had kind of a breakdown and i wasnt able to send or receive messages If i hadnt the phone number of the other guy i wouldnt be able to contact him anymore snd therefor not able to buy the watch

Gute Kommunikation durch Chrono24

Good experience finding the watch and communicating with the seller worked great My only complaint is with the escrow service you must deposit money in the currency of the place where you get the item shipped and if you buy internationally Chrono gives you a crap exchange rate like 3 5 over the market rate For people who have accounts in the target seller currency of purchase it s really not acceptable we have to convert at that rate when we have already funds in the required currency just because Chrono doesn t allow us to pay in the seller currency directly

Everything went according to plan and felt pretty safe with how things were handled Merchandise came fast and in excellent condition Would recommend and purchase again from Chrono24
