Don t have the watch for more than one month and it already broke Winding goes extremely bad tough Today the winding mechanism broke completely when tried to set time correctly Bottom line Purchased a watch for 6800 Swiss Francs that the seller said has been looked at from their watchmaker before put on the market and mentioned on the Chrono24 portal to be in very good conditions The winding went tough from day one but now it s completely broke

I am HIGHLY unsatisfied both with the supplier and Chrono 24 I BOUGT the Omega watch I paid it and the supplier sold the watch to another party and increased my price AFTER final deal was made Absolutely not ok Chrono 24 has not even responded to my complaint after I wrote you 2 weeks ago The seller ran out of a binding deal AFTER payment was made and you did NOTHING Embarrasing

Lost 300USD due to Chrono24 escrow service s malicious practices Thought I bought the watch was given ultra-short notice to provide a passport scan unheard of in online transations and I will complain to visa about that they do 2FA already then I got a refund not a transaction cancellation incurring currency conversion cost chrono24 s support was less than helpful I am a premium customer with chrono24 Sound summary I will not EVER consider chrono24 for another purchase Regarding your response your finance provider better learns the difference between a transaction cancellation and a refund really soon With a cancellation this would not have happened and their intend apparently was not to take my money at all or at least not without causing unreasonable trouble I therefore maintain that your response is besides the point You have cost me money not my bank or visa provider

Exchange rates are not fair Chrono24 is doing enormous profit by exchange the sales price twice It is not possible or offered to pay in the original currency of the seller Very disappointing for all customers and buyers outside the Eurozone Take care or choose to close the deal directly with the seller

I am back to review again because Chrono24 ask for documents which I have provided They are still not paying me back I ve told them I want to sue them but guess what they said I have to sue their bank MangoPay I ve had no dealings with Mangopay Chrono24 have agreed for their bank to pay me they are ok with all I ve provided but I can t sue them If I buy from say marks and spencer and they don t deliver and don t want to pay me back I believe I need to sue marks and spencer not their bank This has left me perplexed honestly meaning Chrono24 do not have a proper standing for their clients and are not able to do the needful in the case of refund I ve asked them for their address so my lawyers can contact them but they insist it s Mangopay I have to deal with Just to let you know the refund was due to them claiming not receiving my money which we knew they had done Then the seller got inpatient and sold the watch We even requested they look for a similar watch since we have paid and we felt they were capable of doing so which they couldn t do It s was after we realised they actually frustrated the transaction intentionally and we can t understand why Then I asked for a refund this was since May 2023 Now that refund has become a big issue I am here to say pls be careful dealing with them pls don t fall into my situation I am currently seeking a therapist because I am depressed and tired of all these

When you have problem with product they give no support But rather are at the side of dealer They don t check the listings they don t investigate the wrong or fake listings Quartz watch is labeled as Automatic and Chrono24 takes to action and responsibility against it They ask the customer and seller to find a solution by themselves Is it the guarantee of authenticity

They took my money but I still don t have my watch after months I ve tried to ask for help so many times about getting a refund but to no avail I would recommend not using this service

I paid for the watch same day was requested to upload my documents It took Chrono a week to confirm that my money arrived Then another week for their payment provider to check my documents Also it only moved forward after i called them multipe times I requested to change the address filled out papers they assured that it will be done guess what I had to call again for it to be done Overall the joy of buying a luxury watch was really bad experience Yes they are the biggest with the most inventory but will try to avoid buying with them at any cost personally Will focus on establishing a good relationship with local sellers
