Delivery process with doubts

The website is quite good but the sellers advertising their goods on this site are undisciplined Sometime you get no response and the moderators cannot do anything about it Or the article displayed is already sold but still advertised on the website This frustrates potential buyers Which makes one wonder why the sellers bother to deal through the Chrono24 site

Good overall experience Quit the payment reminders please

Delivery company did not even try to get my sign Just layed the package to my front door without contacting me But reported the correct delivery I had no chance to proof the content Money went immediately to the seller without waiting for my approval This is not trustworthy behavior

Fake is an ongoing worry for me

Good overall experience though the platform s repetitive reminder of qualifying a purchase to see if you or any other party has paid them their fees is quite cumbersome They look like their business model is not sustainable I d suggest them to avoid acting as a collecting agency and act more as a business platform

Mixed experiences

As always the key issue and worry for me is whether the watch i am about to purchase is real or fake While chrono24 is more reliable than say ebay there are still dealers out there who misuse the online system that does not allow for checks of watches by a neutral person This worry is exemplified for me in the fact that a dealer who lied to me - as demonstrated by their own words- is still allowed to trade on the platform

Currency is not selectable

Team is not aligned in the given answers Currency advantage chrono is craving from purchase from English pound to USD and not let you pay in the currency you want makes me rethinking to pury again on the Plattform

The watch appears to be in less good condition than expected referring to the description of the advertisement and the pictures A polish by a professional will improve the situation I was also disappointed by the fact that the seller did not agree to postpone the shipment of the watch as per my original requirement and that it was not possible to send it to Switzerland but at least the seller did contact me in the meantime to explain me the reasons

Missed two sales dueto the inefficiency of the payment department So slow 1 week to confirm the reception of a intra European payment And two weeks to return the funds Made a4 hour detour to go and pick up the watch in Lugano

Very fast delivery Unexpectedly quick However also had to pay import tax with the mail-delivery which was unexpected and a bit of an unpleasant surprise It was also not indicated with the order of the watch that these costs could come on top
