We started our process with Churchill Retirement in august 2023 from our first visit meeting Grada and Louise we were made to feel welcome and they were very helpful with answering all our questions We decided to go along the route of Home exchange moving in mid oct making the move very smooth we Would recommend this process to anyone which suited our circumstances very well We enjoy the activities laid on in Knights lodge giving us the opportunity to join in and meet the other owners Very glad we made the move our family are happy we have made this move Brenda Peter Tindale

An excellent experience at Highcliffe

My dad was looking to move on from the family home and be somewhere lower maintenance and by the sea He found Churchill in Highcliffe and we went together to visit The whole experience was amazing We expected a hard sale but instead were invited to look around at leisure all our questions were answered honestly and openly and Corrine the sales manager was genuine and kind She took note of my dad s concerns and priorities and ensured she made him feel comfortable We didn t expect to make a decision that day but did it felt the right thing and one year on my dad is very happy living in his new home He has made new friends and takes advantage of many of the social aspects of retirement living

Burlington Lodge

I have just moved into Burlington Lodge and would like to say a big thank you to Dee Jillings Sales Executive Dee has been most helpful in every aspect of my move advising me and explaining the process from start to finish Nothing is too much trouble and she goes above and beyond to help On the day I moved in Dee was very welcoming with her usual friendly and cheerful manner

We moved my Mum into the Princes Risborough location in December last year after my Father passed away The location is lovely with close access to great facilities in the town Chiltern Lodge has a great community full of lovely friendly people My Mum is so happy there

Our perfect move to Austen Lodge

We moved into Churchill Austen Lodge last year and have no regrets The staff were so helpful and reassuring throughout the process of moving Our lodge manager is also kind and helpful We have made many new friends and throughly enjoy the activities and get together s with the neighbours

Great location and friendly neighbours

Excellent location Llewellyn Lodge - Bexhill on Sea with adequate parking which was important for me Very handy having a storage facility Would have been a more helpful to have had 2 lifts rather than one lift for 48 flats I feel that I must mention how clean communal areas are And 5 stars go to the gardeners who take care of our lovely garden areas I personally like the reassurance of having a resident house manager on site I am happy to recommend Churchill retirement apartments

My father has just moved into a Churchill development I would like to thank Yvonne for all her help in making his move seamless She co-ordinated with the Solicitors moving team and home exchange team to complete in under three weeks I would also like to thank Marie the on site manager This should have been stressful time but in fact the opposite was true due to the commitment of these people

Positive vibes as we begin a new phase in our lives

We downsized from a large family home in Essex to a two bed Churchill retirement apartment in Orpington Two weeks after the move we have already forgotten the old home because we have everything here - a relatively spacious new home with all the amenities that we might want in the apartment plus excellent shops and restaurants close by and excellent transport links The experience so far has been very positive and a lot of credit must go to Nikki in the sales team and Lorna the lodge manager They have made us welcome and nothing has been too difficult for either of them Thank you

AUSTEN LODGE BASINGSTOKE

We made the hard decision to relocate many miles across country to a Churchill Retirement Living new build What were we worried for From our first visit to moving in we were treated to excellent service and attention Nothing was too much trouble for Nikki and Genna the fantastic sales team Since moving in our Manager Debbie looks after the running of the Lodge on a day to day basis and sorts out problems if and when they arise Regrets NONE Great neighbours great surroundings and living the dream Highly recommended
