My travel Agent worked with Ciao Italy and Carrani tours in planning our Honeymoon trip Everything was absolutely perfect from the hotel accommodations to the transfers We felt like we did not have to worry at all throughout our trip because every detail was perfectly planned for The drivers for the transfers were professional and always on time and the hotel accommodations were amazing from quality of the hotel rooms to staff to location I highly recommend them for travel planning and we will absolutely be working with them in the future Kristina Kulish

My husband and I were extremely pleased with our 3 day stay in Rome with 1 day trip to Florence via high speed train The private transfers were exceptional as were the guides in each location Very professional Everything went smoothly without a catch and we enjoyed the Hotel Empire Palace in Rome Lovely quiet neighborhood with 3 nice restaurants few steps from the hotel Isida at home office took care of everything and we highly recommend Ciao Italy and Carrani Tours
