Outstanding Customer Service - I placed an order that required international shipping The problem was there had been no update on the tracking code on USPS for a week it looked like it was sitting at the depot or missing I contacted Cigar Place support and they tracked down the shipment provided me with an alterntive tracking website the reassurance that the freight option I had chosen covered the item if it went missing I was impressed They took the time to answer my question with detail Cigar Place in my opinion really look after their customers

Fantastic service

Fantastic service I ordered from the UK and the cigars were delivered within four weeks I was able to keep track of them all the way and they arrived in a lovely presentation box The excessive duty charged by the UK government virtually wiped out any savings on the original cigars but I will definitely buy from Cigar Place again

WHAT S NOT TO LIKE

I ordered a cigar from CIGAR PLACE that was out of stock with the company I usually buy from I placed myorder before 11AM and recieved my order the next day The price was the same as where I am usually buyingcigars however the speed of my order excution wasmind blowing EXCELLENT SERVICE

Fantastic customer service

Ordered from the UK on Jan 26 and took delivery on Feb 8 Can t fault Cigar place on service Will rest my new arrivals in a humidor for a week or two to help them get over their international travel and then write another review on quality which I m sure will be as good as last time Keep up the excellent customer service guys and thank you
