Do not trust them if your a UK buyer
Do not trust them if your a UK buyer I got charged over 400 of what the cigars cost by customs They could not fill in a simple form for the over priced international shipping cost Avoid them absolutely useless

2 cigar refund policy is a joke After waiting 30 minutes to speak to rep was told keep cigars in my humidor to refresh as they arrived bone dry still waiting on prepaid return postage Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

Not shopping here ever again
Bought a box of cigars online in April Took over 1 month for the cigars to arrive in Canada The duty fee was literally double the cost off of the box of cigars Of course I never accepted the package and cigarplace biz hit me with the 20 stocking fee Understanding this is a harsh reality and that customer service did absolutely nothing to help keep my business in any way

Dont waste your time I think I have dealt with the rudest customer service person ever today Cancelled my order and went elsewhere Update Yea that reason is ridiculous And won t be back Been ordering from your competitors without problem

I WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE AGAIN I SPEND OVER 100 OVER ONE MONTH AGO AND STILL DON T HAVE MY ORDER When I contact them they say it must be in customs and they leave it up to you to chase up I own a small online business and I AM 4 9 star that s because I chase up any issues for my customers and don t fob them off with YOU need to chase upYour answer is not acceptable as your company needs to find a service that is track able traceable for your dwindling customer base as this is what I had to do as I also have an online company so please no more excuses the customers need resultsI don t believe it you guys are still making excuses don t you wonder why you are a miserable 3 star rating you should be embarrassed with this below average score are you not

Lets start with the good there prices are very competitive and they have a good selection Now t bad part for one they cant keep the cigars I like in stock out for now more then 3 month Till last month they offered that if you order before 2 PM EST it will ship the same day Did not happen and even worse my cigars where stuck in USPS container for almost a week Now i placed another order and got confirmation that it was shipped Checking tracking number it says it was cancelled When ask they say it wqs shipped but they dont have any info on new tracking number Rep talked too has attitude with nothing to backup claim other in my expirience Not sure what happened but this place whent from great to just plain bad

Had used them several times Last order next day got an email from someone from the vendor saying their CC had flagged me as suspicious same card same address as always asked me to email a photocopy of a government issued ID or call a number not the 1800 so I declined pointed out that I had done business with them several times Also checked my CC company and they had the debit on file so then got another email saying well yes we have record of purchases and deliveries same CC same address and we ll send it if you sign for it Ah no everyone else leaves it on the porch cause we re rarely home during the day and we live in a town that makes Mayberry look like a high crime local so use at your own risk the whole photo of a government ID just gets my suspicions up After reviewing their response I am even more concerned I can document at least three amd probably 4 purchases from them in the last calender year all to the same person same address I woild definitely be concerned about their record accuracy and security and I woild definitely be very cautious before providing them permanent personal information

Worse customer service if any of all cigar online companies I won a bid on some cigars and have not received them It s been 10 days since the order Attempted for days to contact them by phone and email with no luck

My order never even left for delivery but they cancelled the order and kept 60 for delivery costs
