"Needs better protection plan"

I had a great experience using CitizenShipper The only reason I gave 3 stars is because of the low pet protection plan The 1 000 would not even cover half of what our puppy cost So if by chance something did happen you more than likely would be out a lot of money

"Transporter was FANTASTIC Citizen Shipper was ok"

The fee structure listed is incorrect I was charged A LOT more than the website stated I would be Luckily the transporter was AMAZING Would I use Citizen Shipper again yes but only if the same transporter was available Look for The Friendly PetExpress- they were better than I could have imagined

I have used citizenshipper once before and was very pleases I guess it was no fault of citizenshipper it was just the shipper that I chose Definitely will not use them Did not receive a receipt of payment and communication was terrible

We had an issue where our first driver had to cancel for medical reasons I asked for customer service to call me but they wouldn t They would only email me They weren t very responsive when something goes wrong when people need them the most

I loved the service and was impressed with the number of bids I quickly received After accepting a bid I was quickly given my driver s contact information However the fee I had to pay in order to connect with her was equal to nearly 20 of my transport price Seems a bit outrageous

I like the idea and am grateful for the help so much so that if and when I grow large enough to employ others I ll put the crutch down man You ve done it you don t need the service anymore man tip my hat and say thanks for the START some of these citizens seem more business like than citizen and since when do I have to be eligible to write a review I think the criteria for reviewing is have a thought in your head a heartbeat and an opinion period Do I need a lawyer to read over these terms and conditions Is my review this important My god what are we becoming

Decent enough experience with being able to get bids for shipping however it was not clear upfront what the charge was just for the service of connecting you with people The cost was very steep for just that act which ended up increasing the cost of the service by 30

It was great to have a service that I could find for my pup to be transported across country However I found it difficult to navigate after my delivery As I am attempting to unsubscribe or cancel my subscription and the site won t allow me to find the helpful button that it s telling me to get to The help guide is very good at explaining how to go about it however it hasn t worked for me as well as it might for others Also there was nothing telling me how much the fee would be prior to booking so I ended up spending 155 just to use the platform There are many platforms out there that do not charge that large sum of money to use them This is my reasoning for three stars
