They re a great site overall but they rip you off in the booking fee Seriously 185 just to book a shipper And none of that goes toward the actual shipment

Citizenship period does not show there rates real clear I did not know there was a fee until accepting a shippers bid And was flabbergasted at how much they charged

"Don t waste your time or money "

CS is a great concept which the owners work very hard to screw up in any way imaginable Insurance is about 1500-2000 a year to be legal CS controls everything and when it is not working you suffer They charge driver monthly Customers are charged anywhere from 49-499 00 based on bids so customers then expect drivers to work for next to nothing In 3 months 681 bids 1 actual trip multiple nasty customers that want you to work for less than the fuel it takes to run the trip A waste of 5 months of work

Too many emails too many texts Could not have a conversation with the driver without getting emails and texts at the same time It was very annoying

The transporter we chose was great but CitizenShipper kept contacting me about booking our pet transfer after we d booked one of their transporters and even after they had charged me their booking fee

"Loved the shipper Didn t love the UX or fees from CS "

The shipper was great and I gave him 5 stars The website for Citizen Shipper needs a lot of work You can t delete bids from people so your screen fills up with junk It feels like an MVP rather than a finished product Also the Citizen Shipper fees are way too high I m not referring to the delivery fees charged by the drivers but the 600 fee CS charges to connect you to a driver It s a great concept and I m glad I found it but it needs some UX work and they need to rethink their fee structure
