"Citizenshipper is legit but the only "

Citizenshipper is legit but the only problem is with the 170 fee and let s say driver bails on you you will only get the 170 back Paw some pets LLC the guy named Zach immediately cancelled on day of pick up almost 2 weeks ago He refunded me part of it but hasn t refunded me the rest yet I had to get a new driver with my funds not being reimbursed from Zach With that being said I hope you don t pick a shady driver I can t even leave review wall because the option to write review is gone Paws on wheels transport with Heather and Ashley rocks

Nice to get multiple bids from verified shippers however 150 fee is ridiculous for nothing but a non-stop badgering list of bidders

"Good experience but way too expensive "

While my experience with CitizenShipper was a good one and I like the platform I feel the fee is WAY too high Having to pay this giant fee on top of the shipper s own fee is just way too much I am rescuing feral cats And it was very expensive when all was said and done to send them to their new home It makes it hard on people who are doing rescue and have little money to use a platform like this to find transportation

I disliked the fact that I had 1 driver steal from me I dislike the fact that 1 driver had to cancel due to not being able to meet the pickup time But I do like the fact that your customer service responded pretty quick and tried to make the situation better I like that I didn t have to pay your fee multiple times I do believe that I deserve a free trip for my next ride due to all the hoopla but I will likely utilize your platform again Unless someone can make a platform that guarantees any money paid to a driver gets refunded in the event they cancel or scam

"Extremely high fees"

I am grateful I found this platform and it connected me to a wonderful flight nanny who accompanied flew with me to fly my two cats to Florida However they really need to reassess their fee structure It should not be based on miles While that may work for driven transportation that is 1500 for a nanny fee of 400-500 to get charged 150 is atrocious That s 35 It should be revised to a percentage of the cost of service Or alter it based on mode of transportation

"Confirming time of pick up started at "

Confirming time of pick up started at 12 15 am to 5 am to finally picking up at 7 15am kitty got there on the 7 of March missing dry cat food as well as a 16 oz temptation treats that was a full container All they gave was wet food at drop off Couldn t follow directions as to call 2 days before delivery finally delivered kitty at 8 15pm she was dehydrated and was throwing up Yello foam She is doing better assumed she was under qlot of stress

The Driver was very reasonable And delivered or cat in good health But citizinshipper as a company Is very expensive for there service The rate chart says one thing But they charged me 75 dollars And the rate chart showed 50 dollars The drivers are charged to be able to bid So they get paid twice Will not use again

"Expensive but useful"

I liked being able to chat with multiple transporters on one platform It was a little overwhelming at first but it is great to have so many options I wish citizenshipper was more upfront about what the fee is I had to pay 170 in order to call the person I decided to use as a transport The people I chose to transport did an excellent job And I will definitely be using them in the future

"Simple platform for what should be a simple task "

The system is easy to use but the details are deeply hidden Basic searChing of fees brings up information that seems plausible only to find that real fees are higher There is no filtering by vehicle type even though you are required to put in make and model Inundated with messages from car transporters when wanting to ship a motorcycle Final result with a massive discount was good in the end but saved really by the excellent service of the independent transporter Now I have his details will I use this service again Only maybe
