"DO NOT USE -SCAM"

From the first interaction with this shipper they are rude horrible and unprofessional Whoever answers the phone 252-679-8172 is unprofessional and cannot handle a customers complaints They are not very clear on their instructions on who needs to get the money My mom left 9 voicemails to get our dog delivered today by 12 and it is now 6pm and no answer where is the dog DO NOT USE THIS SHIPPER THEY ARE A SCAM

CitizenShipper LIED to me about the Savings if I would only pay more for the listing I did not save a penny I never received another qoute after the upgrade Citizen sent an email stating that they felt Most people saved money and got better quotes They would not return any other messages I am glad that they put me in touch with Pawsitively Furtastic but Citizen needs to correct it s false advertising and improve customer assistance sad

"I had an issue with poor service with CitizenShipper - Kristian"

I had an issue with poor service through someone on CitizenShipper a year ago Kristian set up a call with me to discuss the issue and he stated he d send me a discount code for the next time I used CitizenShipper I even followed up with him by email He never replied or sent it to me so I had to pay full price this time The person I hired this time was great but CitizenShipper did less than great

"CitizenShipper is a scam"

CitizenShipper is not a trustworthy company I had to cancel my booking due to unfortunate circumstances that were out of my control and when I asked for my booking fee back they said Unfortunately in cases such as this our cancellation policy allows us to offer you site credit up to the amount that you have already paid which can also be transferred over to a friend or colleague This is a scam and I am very disappointed with how I was treated I gave 2 months advance notice of my cancellation and the drivers were very understanding and sweet However the company is not compassionate at all and will steal your money Do not walk RUN from CitizenShipper

The puppy that I purched became ill and could not be sold As a result the seller was unable to provide a bill of health and recended the sale There was nothing to transport BUT CITIZEN SHIPPER WAS RIGHT THERE TO TAKE MY MONEY FOR DOING NOTHING DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND WERE GIVEN PLEANTY OF NOTICE OF CANCELLATION

"BUYER BEWARE"

When you contact this company you will get offers from various transport companies When you decline an offer some of these drives will offer a side deal that cuts out Citizen and their 120 our giving you a better price I actually took one of these offers and lost 250 Apparently Citizen doesn t research their drivers

I got a credit for shipping Due to my getting covid The credit was 190 from nj to nm 1000 2000 miles I used the service for another dog from ohio to nj 500 miles 200 charge fir shipper According to rates the fee should have been 63 99 Success rate I was charged 190 So i no longer have any credit

Do not use CitizenShipper it s no better than Craigslist These people did not run background checks did not verify safety precautions were met and did nothing to help in the wake of their negligence They guarantee a reimbursement up to 1k if something goes wrong and I never saw a cent They never answered a letter from my lawyer and stopped responding to my issue Their platform is supposed to provide an extra layer of safety support they do not do that Just use craigslist

"Terrible and nonexistent customer "

Terrible and nonexistent customer service but even worse policy The company basically steals your money I had to cancel because of something on my customer s end pretty soon after booking even and citizenshipper refuses to give me my money back Just some stupid coupon voucher that i will NEVER use I have been spreading the word warning others about this vulture of a company If i could give negative infinite stars i would I want my money back
