A team was booked to clean my sofa which was covered in dust from builders once taken out of storage I explained the marks over the phone I was assured these marks were not a problem due to the teams experience heavy duty cleaning chemicals The cleaner that arrived finished and left promptly before I could inspect my sofa upon inspection not only was my front room flooded they said the cleaner would mop floors he did not bring a mop to do so But the stains were still very visual he had damaged my wall rather than inform me of this issue he then clearly tried to remove the mark which resulted in him removing paint from my wall leaving a large circular mark approx 15 inches When I contacted cleaning day to inform them of this issue someone called Jacqueline who cannot be contacted by telephone might I also mention she was not present at the time service took place emailed me saying this is not true and they have pictures to prove So I replied with the images i had taken with the damage caused and poor service received also asking for these images they had supposedly taken i am yet to receive a response

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I booked an end of tenancy carpet clean looking for a professional service Upon arrival the man was friendly and efficient and after he cleaned I checked the carpets and they looked ok although they seemed to be quite wet I was told it would take 4-8 hours for the carpets to dry thoroughly so I paid and the man left I had my windows open and left the place ventilated through into the next day The carpets were still damp the next day so I put the heating on to help dry with all the windows and door open I left the property late the following evening over 24hours after the clean the carpets were still damp to touch and they slightly smelt The next day the inventory clerk came to the property and said the damp smell was so bad I would need them cleaning again I raised this issue with Cleaning day who told me it was my responsibility and after they left it had nothing to do with them and completely disregarded my concerns as a paying customer They kept coming up with excuse after excuse as to why it was my fault I am thoroughly disappointed by their customer service and lack of care and would advise that you avoid this company and use another firm

Avoid this company I booked them for an end-of-tenancy cleaning for a small 1 bedroom flat and the result was a joke Some areas were simply not cleaned at all others only very superficially and certainly not enough to qualify for and end-of-tenancy professional clean And since you have to pay upfront there is no chance of getting your money back Looking at the other reviews here this seems to be a consistent theme with this firm so if you need a reliable end-of-tenancy clean to get your deposit back avoid this company

I would strongly discourage anyone thinking about using this cleaning company in the future having had such a terrible experience with them when booking an end of tenancy clean Not only did they turn up around 5 hours late they didn t finish the job on the agreed day They proceeded to let themselves in the next morning without informing myself or my housemates They failed to clean to a satisfactory standard if I could attach photos I would and then when we were trying to sort out what had happened with someone from the admin team we were rudely spoken over and ignored At no point did we receive an apology until we sent in an official complaint and even then it was more a formality rather than actually accepting that the customer service was poor It total we spend hundreds of pounds with this company and we actually had to pay for another company to come to the flat to clean up after them If you would like to save yourself hassle money and sanity I would suggest using any other cleaning company literally any other company

Heavily discourage you to choose them They are pirates trying to rob our money by doubling the price When we called for a quote we explained carefully that we have a bigger flat with clear clarifications They gave us a quote of 279 for a 4 bedroom flat We accepted the quote and booked them for cleaning at the last day of our tenancy contract At that day they were late for an hour and they mentioned that their car broke down And then when they got over they mentioned that the house was in bad condition How bad can it be We have thrown everything inside the house and only left big furniture And we cleaned the house one whole day before this cleaning day They quoted us 500 included the parking fee some penalty fee of parking trust me that parking can be parked free at anytime except night time It was bloody morning Don t choose them believe in the bad reviews

TERRIBLE RIP OFF COMPANY- DO NOT USE We paid 397 for a end of tenancy clean last week They were 3 hours late which wouldn t of been so bad if they had done a proper job There were cobwebs dirty wooden blinds fireplace not touched visible dirt on the floors white smear marks on the dark blue painted sides stairs were not cleaned carpets left with water marks all over thick white kitchen cleaning product left dripping down cupboards When I phoned the company and sent them pictures of all that they said it s been over 72 hours so they will not rectify the problem I never write reviews but I had to with this as it s made me so angry the state they left the flat after paying them so much Avoid them at all costs

Absolutely appalling service The facts they did not clean any appliances in the end of tenancy service and blamed the fact they had to return the keys They were happy to take the money but not do the job Also avoiding paying tax by insisting on cash payment so not a reputable company in anyway Their customer service is rude and the most unhelpful group of people I am embarrassed I hired them I would be embarrassed to work for them and I urge everyone to go somewhere else for any cleaning service

A bunch of amateurs They give you 72hours guarantee after completing the job but they didn t even bother to respond back after emailing them only small part of the jobs they didn t finish I had to pay for another end of tenancy cleaning Unfortunately no option to post photos otherwise I would love to do so

This company is bogus I booked a 3 bedroom house to have an after builders clean and paid 308 After the cleaners arrived they said that I hadn t specified that I wanted the kitchen to be done As I was desperate I agreed to pay an extra 54 to get the kitchen cleaned During the 4 hour clean the workers took a lunchbreak worked for another half hour then disappeared I then realised that they hadn t cleaned the WC hadn t cleaned the floors of dust or even swept properly I complained only to be told there was no guarantee AVOID AVOID AVOID

We booked Cleaning Day to deep clean a bedroom and en-suite bathroom after a tenant moved out We paid 178 for this There was still dust and hair on bathroom surfaces at the end You would expect a better job than this for a one-off clean from other companies that would charge 30 We contacted the company and they told us that they were unable to guarantee that a room would be clean after their cleaning service Isn t this the entire point of hiring a cleaning service They were unwilling to go back and finish the job they didn t do the first time around Exceptionally poor value for money We hired Cleaning Day rather than a standard house cleaner because there were no cleaning supplies vacuum available in the flat we needed cleaned It would have been better value to purchase a new vacuum and all new cleaning products and hire a standard hourly rate one off cleaner We ve hired lots of cleaners over the years and have never had such shockingly bad results Save your money and look elsewhere These people take your payment and then don t do the job you ve hired them for
