I bought some lights and was told 2-5

I bought some lights and was told 2-5 working days for delivery It s now been 6 working days and no delivery I had the job booked in today so I have lost money and let down my customer

wasn t interested in broken switch

I received a broken switch the damage to the box was just a small dent like a rod had poked it After informing the company that no damage could be seen but the switch itself was broken I was told I was out of time I asked if they would like it back to see it was not alot of money but they have never come back to me So sadly disappointed

Horrible experience from start to finish All the brands they sell are available on other websites so do yourself a favour and buy what you need elsewhere

Rude customer service

Rude customer service Emailed them to let them know one the items was damaged and required a replacement included the image of it and also I had over ordered another item and needed to return it Very general thing to do Instead I get an email asking to why I hadn t thrown away that broken item and returning the other items anyway lol and that person telling why they are so confused by the email sent

It started with me making a mistake on

It started with me making a mistake on my order and ended up with the item being send to a shop in Portsmouth I asked be able to pay postage and that seemed to be going through Have ordered one from Amazon which arrived next day without all the phaff

This time I have place the order on the

This time I have place the order on the 4th on 16th I emailed but heard nothing so later on the day a phone and got told that email doesn t work never heard anything like this before and that parcel never been sent because the order was for fuse which is now upgraded and the old version is not available Mind that this is a fuse same size look etc So took nearly 2weeks for me to receive the order

Had to cancel my order

After I placed my order a full week had passed without any update or communication email of any kind In that time I was able to go to another retailer and order the same stock for a little cheaper too and they had dispatched it within 2 days with updates of the parcel s progress the whole way

Advertised a delivery partner then told

Advertised a delivery partner then told me they had gone through a 3rd party seller with a different - and notoriously bad - delivery company Parcel wasn t delivered then when I d arranged to be in all day I saw on the tracking that they couldn t redilver the next day As I needed the product for the following day I had to do a 100 mile round trip to collect it from the depot Click4 refused to compensate me for my journey or take any responsibility for the poor service
