I contacted Click because the closure clip on my outside power socket had broken Click told me that the clip was not available as a spare to replace the broken one I purchased a new socket from Click which was delivered promptly at a good price having received it and looking at the manufacturer s instructions I contacted the manufacturer who kindly sent me two replacement clips free of charge
