The item is what I wanted delivery is a bit slow considering it was the same cost as item You have to spend 50 to get free delivery but what if you don t need that many items

I ordered one week ago No information received after the order The request to fill a customer satisfaction survey is the first sign of life from Click4electrics Less bureaucracy more delivery We want to buy products not admin tasks to fill

have tried a number of times to buy

have tried a number of times to buy hotel card switches 10 in total would not give units less vat first try as he said we were not entitled to it we supplied our vat no later he said after a no of messages to just buy the items and it will deduct the vat from total it did notgot back on to company to try to sort out no reply we are registered in ireland

Delivery time is ridiculous

I have made 2 orders now from Click4Electrics the product is fine it is the delivery time that is the issue I gave them a second chance but unfortunately they were worse than the first They told me it would be 2 days delivery first class it took 5 working day but a full 7 days to receive the order I understand things happen but when you are told it will be 2 days you plan around this I would prefer being told the truth

Heater arrived quickly BUT

Heater arrived quickly and were priced well but the packaging was terrible Was sent in just the heaters own box Nothing extra added Two heaters were dented Lucky it was the back of the heaters so I was able to straighten out enough so it fit on the brackets Had no choice but to fit them as didn t have time to return them and get replacement before Xmas

Postage costs

The product was fine but I had a real problem with the exorbitant delivery fee which more than doubled the cost I was in no hurry for the product The company should consider other more cost effective delivery costs Had it been delivered by Royal Mail instead of an expensive courier company the cost would have been in the region of 2 3 instead of 11 Given that the product was 8 this was over the top I live in Northern Ireland

I am still waiting for the delivery the tracker just keeps telling me its stored in the warehouse
