Shipping takes too long

Brilliant product and quality Just way too slow to ship Almost a week from our order being placed to delivery In this day and age 2 3 days should be tops With many suppliers it s next day at no extra charge

No communication with an outstanding order it s been a long time now and had to source parts locally this has been my go -to click stockist but have found a quicker and cheaper route

Accepted an Out of Stock Order

I ordered and paid 175 for an item on this company s website There was nothing to indicate it was out of stock After a couple of days I noticed it hadn t been dispatched so I left them a voicemail to which I had no reply After emailing them they apologized and admitted the product was not in their own stock I was informed they were waiting for a delivery from the manufacturer It has delayed one of my jobs and I now have to manage my own customers expectations This said I am pleased to hear the item has now been dispatched albeit too late to meet my planned installation date My point is online sellers should be clear on their websites if an item isn t in stock before a customer commits to placing an order Very disappointed with the initial service but I acknowledge they followed things up well in the end

Poor telephone support meant wrong goods ordered

Really easy to transact with but incorrect guidance cost me around 30 extra in incorrect materials and carriage charges I required Cat8 RJ45 sockets connectors and when calling for advice I was told my initial selection was suitable - it wasn t I ve had to write off around 30 in opened materials carriage charges to return the original packaged goods then finally pay additional carriage charges for the replacement products The second call I made to query my initial purchase was better handled - the assistant even directed me to other organisations where I could purchase the products I required

Part of the order was wrong

Part of the order was wrong and the resolution offered was to just keep the wrong part even though the correct part which I d paid for was more expensive or for the correct part to be sent with a return label for the wrong part I naturally requested the latter but over a week later there has been no delivery of the replacement part I accept mistakes can happen but good customer service should provide a fast resolution Previous experience has been good and prices are competitive but disappointing service on this occasion

Expensive tiny product in wasteful packaging

Ordered these screw covers as the socket we wanted with them had been discontinued Bought the same manufacturer as the socket to be sure they fit Really expensive sold individually so only bought just enough Could have been sent in a small A6 padded envelope but arrived in one so huge I thought was empty

I don t think it makes good business

I don t think it makes good business sense to include an invoice with delivery of the order An invoice is a confidential document and should only go directly to the person company that will be paying you Only an advice note should accompany the goods Luckily - this time the delivery was to my address Usually it would go directly to my customer s address

Four spike outside led

Wanted to order five spike outside led lights but the only had four so I ordered the four but was charged postage so was disappointed has if they had the five lights I wouldn t have to pay postage Other than that they were well packed and delivery time was great and kept me informed of my order

The quality of the product is not good

The quality of the product is not good I have ordered two Click MiniGrid MD075CH Polished Chrome 10A 3 Position Retractive Switch Module One of them arrived not properly assembled I disassemble and assemble it again how it should be but it does not hold on place very nice and I expect that it will go of again soon The return cost will cost me more than to bay a new one
