Moving to Cloudbeds really was the correct choice
I was dreading changing from a system that I have been using for 10 years to something new but Cloudbeds have been there every step of the way and I am so glad that I changed The system is so easy to use once you know your way around and the support team are the best I have used the Live Chat and also the Knowledge pages and the University pages I could not have wished for a smoother transaction

Helpful and knowledgeable I use to chat with a few support with a different system but I found Cloudbeds Chating system is the best 1st they have a bunch of people to respond to you very fast they never put you in a too-long queue they respond with full of knowledge I really satisfied

Working with Cloudbeds for 3 Years and very happy
We are using Cloudbeds now for the 3rd year for our Properties and we can t complain Excellent support and one of the fastest channel managers on the market Never had an overbookings again We definitely recommend it and share our positive experience One of the best things of Cloudbeds is that the software is constantly improving and we are enjoying all the benefits of it Big thank to the endless efforts of their development team

Cloudbeds has been a good upgrade
Cloudbeds has been a good upgrade from our previous pms which was served based being on the cloud and with the channel manager and the booking engine integrated makes everything easier Also the integrated crm is pretty useful even it not being the most complete one it does everything we need from it moreover the free link on google hotel ads has definetly helped us with direct reservations also the friendly user interface is a plus Support is basically through email but they answer pretty fast The weakest point might be integrations with different accounting systems as for the moment it only allows a few of them but we trust it will get better

For multi-room properties we wouldn t consider using anything else I ve used Cloudbeds for almost 10 years In that time I ve seen improvements to both the technology and quality of life of using the software Support is pretty decent the the quality of their channel connections are solid by and large the interface is straight forward and usable Are there things I wish they d work on still Sure of course Homeaway integration isn t the greatest and we have a better experience using a different service for A more robust API for webhooks Better more clear or granular reporting at times More flexibility for automation of emails and outreach
